	Root Canal Engine Driven Cleaning and Shaping Instruments

Maillefer engine driven instruments are manufactured in Switzerland using specially formulated, superior stainless steel to resist the corrosive forces of autoclaving and other methods of sterilization. Maillefer Gates Glidden Drills and Peeso Reamers are notched for easy size identification and can be used in any right-angle handpiece. All of our engine driven files and reamers offer outstanding cutting ability and reduce user fatigue.


	Gates and Short Gates™ Glidden Drills

		These stainless steel drills enlarge the upper portion of the canal for bulk removal of tooth structure. They are available in standard (32 mm) and short (28 mm) lengths.

	Peeso Reamer


	The Peeso Reamer is used to enlarge the cervical portion of the canal and to prepare the canal entrance. These instruments are also useful in removing gutta-percha in preparation for creating post space. Maillefer Peeso Reamers are available in standard (32 mm) and short (28 mm) lengths.


	Hedstroms (Engine Driven)


		The classic hedstrom design is combined with the efficiency of engine driven instrumentation. Maillefer Hedstroms use ISO color identification and come in 21 mm, 25 mm and 28 mm lengths.

	K-Reamer (Engine Driven)


		The Maillefer K-Reamer provides flexibility, cutting ability and engine efficiency. The standard sized handle fits all reciprocating handpieces. It can also be used in a rotary handpiece. All Maillefer reamers are ISO sizes and color coded.

	Lentulo^® Spiral Filler


	This ISO color-coded instrument has consistenly spaced spirals which provide outstanding flexibility in distributing root canal sealer and cement evenly throughout the root canal system.
