The Maillefer Multi-Purpose Bur is a versital instrument made from Tungsten Carbide. The bur is excellent for a variety of procedures including:

• Initial endodontic access
• Sectioning of impacted molars
• Cutting of teeth at root level
• Root separation and amputation of broken roots

 The Multi-Purpose Bur has a cutting surface of 11 mm and a total length of 23mm.

The LN Bur is a unique 1/2-round bur on a long neck. Its design allows for deep drilling alongside posts or broken instruments. The LN Bur is a total length of 28mm.

With a special diamond coating to reduce gouging, the Endo Access Bur's tip matches round bur sizes for initial penetration while its diamond shaft flares the pulp chamber. The cutting surface of the Endo Access Bur is 10mm. The total length is 21mm.

Extra-fine crosscut shape is designed to remove an old amalgam filling or to cut through porcelain fused to metal crowns without shattering the porcelain or breaking the bur. The cutting surface of the Transmetal bur is 5mm and the total length is 19mm.

After initial penetration, the long, tapered Endo-Z bur can be used to create a funnel shape for easier access in the pulp chamber. The rounded, non-cutting, safe-ended tip prevents penetration of the pulp chamber floor or the root canal walls. The cutting surface of the Endo-Z bur is 9mm and the total length is 21mm.
